COVID-19 Appointment Procedure

The Loft Hairdressing is operating a system of one-client-in-one-client-out unless you are accompanied by one other paying client from within your own household/bubble

No children/partners are to accompany you to your appointment unless they are a paying client

Could you please call me on arrival (01905 780730) so that I can collect you for your appointment to coordinate with the one-client-in-one-client-out procedure. Please be timely and also do not arrive early for your appointment – this will enable the new procedures to run smoothly

The Loft only operates a booked in advance service so, as usual, no walk-in appointments will be available

Please leave all non-essential items (i.e. coat, shopping, etc.) in your car or at home

No drinks or reading material will be available at the salon. You are welcome to bring your own but please take your items home with you

All clients entering the salon will be required to sanitize their hands using the provided sanitizer

All clients will be required to wear a face covering when at the backwash. We can provide one if you don’t bring your own

All staff shall be wearing a face shield and mask throughout the appointment

Fresh, disposable PPE will be used during your appointment

The salon and equipment will be sanitised between appointments

A skin patch test is required for every colour service if you are new to the salon, have not had a colour treatment at this salon since January 2021, have been colouring your hair at home, have had COVID-19, suspect that you may have had COVID-19, or have been vaccinated against COVID-19
